Why We Should Encourage One Another And Build Each Other Up
When I was younger, I was the shy, awkward girl who always felt like I didn’t quite fit in. I would avoid the spotlight because I was unsure of myself and my place in the world.
But there was one person who saw beyond all that—my mentor. She was a woman of incredible faith, and she would always tell me, “You were created for something more, so don’t hide your light.”
Her words were simple, but they planted seeds of courage in my heart. She encouraged me to step out of my shell and embrace who God was calling me to be.
Her constant support and prayers reminded me that God has a purpose for each of us, no matter how small or unsure we feel.
It wasn’t easy, but over time, I began to grow. I found myself leaning more into God’s Word, discovering my identity in Christ, and understanding that He had a plan for me all along.
Because of her encouragement, I’ve been able to thrive in ways I never thought possible.
This experience is what makes me so passionate about encouraging others today. Just as my mentor’s words shaped me, I believe we all have the ability to make a lasting impact by uplifting one another in the Lord.
That’s why I’m excited to share this Bible study on encouraging others. Let’s look at the ways we can be a source of light, strength, and encouragement in the lives of those around us.
